Individual Psychotherapy

Attachment shapes how we understand ourselves, relate to others, and respond to stress. In therapy, we’ll explore how your past and present relationships influence the way you think, feel, and cope today. As you gain awareness of these patterns, you’ll begin to develop new ways of responding.
