Meet the Team

Clinical Director, Individual/Couples Therapist
Julia Shield, LCSW, MAT
I work with couples seeking deeper connection, and individuals hoping to find more fulfillment in themselves and their relationships. Our work together can help you articulate your vision for a life well-lived and ultimately, create that life through your relationships. My approach is direct, engaging, and collaborative— as part of the therapeutic process, I invite you to witness yourself becoming the person you've always wanted to be.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and graduate of Oberlin College and Simmons University. I work across modalities including psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and my sessions are informed by my practice as a yoga teacher and mother.

Creative Art Therapist
Alison Fox, MFA, ATR-P, CAT-LP
As an Art Therapist, I help children and adults tap into resilience, healing, and self-discovery through a creative process. This approach is especially helpful when a client struggles to express themselves or connect behaviors with emotions. Together, we’ll explore strengths and release patterns that no longer serve- working towards meaningful, lasting change.
I bring over two decades of experience teaching and facilitating art programming with people of all ages and abilities—in therapeutic communities, residential settings, and community mental health programs. Clients often describe me as open, playful and grounded, with a warm sense of humor that helps make the work of healing feel a little lighter.
