Kids and Teens
The families we see have diverse needs and parenting styles. The therapists at Iris are attuned to each individual and the family as a whole. Our therapy sessions utilize talk, art, play and education to help create lasting positive change.
Iris is a creative space where you or your child can express what’s hard to put into words. Through eclectic, playful, and evidence-based practices, clients uncover unexpected insights and new ways forward—because sometimes, words just don’t cut it.
Emotional and developmental challenges can feel isolating—for children and for their families. You may feel embarrassed, helpless, or unsure how to help your child. You’re not alone in that. Everyone needs tools to feel grounded, and children and adolescents especially need guidance to build healthy coping skills. Families need support, too.
